What's the pricing, and is there a setup fee or long-term contract I'm locked into?
Flat monthly rate per unit (server space), based on power usage. We don’t believe in surprise fees. If your equipment uses significantly more power than standard, we discuss it upfront and apply a transparent surcharge to cover generator fuel costs during brownouts. No hidden fees. No long-term lock-in. You can adjust or cancel anytime.
What happens during a blackout? Will my servers really stay online?
Yes. UPS systems kick in instantly (within milliseconds) to protect against power surges and brief fluctuations. For longer outages, our diesel generators engage automatically and keep your servers running. We’ve maintained 99.9% uptime through actual blackout seasons—this isn’t theoretical.
Can I actually visit my servers, or am I stuck calling a helpdesk 1000 km away?
You’re welcome to visit during business hours anytime. Want to check on your equipment, swap a hard drive, or just see it running? Come by. For after-hours access, let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange it. We’re local.
What technical support is included, and when do you charge extra?
Included: 24/7 monitoring, server reboots, basic troubleshooting, and standard maintenance. Extra (and clearly quoted): hands-on hardware work (drive swaps, cable management, physical repairs). We’ll always quote you before billing anything.
What if I need to expand next year—will I have to renegotiate everything?
No. Need another server? Just ask, and we’ll add space and connectivity. Same transparent pricing. No contract renegotiation. Growth shouldn’t be painful.
